Kiss Me in Christmas Release Blitz and Giveaway…
Enter to Win One of Five Copies of KISS ME IN CHRISTMAS
Actress Chloe O’Connor has become America’s sweetheart, but back in little Christmas, Colorado, she’s still remembered as a shy, awkward schoolgirl. And there’s no one she dreads (and secretly wants) to see more than her high school crush, Easton McBride. Just one look from the former star quarterback and it’s like she’s instantly transformed from daytime drama queen to tongue-tied teenager. She’s kissed Hollywood actors and famous cover models, so she can certainly play it cool while turning up the heat, right?
After an injury ended his military career, Easton McBride built a good life in the rugged countryside of his hometown. And the last thing he needs is his quiet solitude shattered by a high-maintenance temptress who isn’t anything like the sweet Chloe he misses. While he enjoys the flirtation with this new bold and beautiful woman, he can’t help but wonder whether a kiss could have the power to bring back the small-town girl he’s grown to love.

Moving On…
A Girl’s Guide to Moving On by Debbie Macomber
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
If you’re a fan of romance novelist Debbie Macomber you simply cannot miss her new book releasing this week. When Nichole finds that her husband, Jake, has been cheating on her during their short marriage, she decides she can’t keep giving him one more chance and files for divorce. This gives her mother-in-law the courage to admit that she’s turned a blind eye to Jake’s father’s cheating for their entire marriage and she won’t continue.
Nichole and her MIL Leanne end up taking apartments across the hall from each other and make a plan to help them not only get through but thrive during this new and unfamiliar time. Leanne takes a volunteer position teaching English as a second language and becomes friends with a lovely Ukrainian immigrant widower named Nikolai who has much to teach her about starting over if she can open her heart to him.
And Nichole meets a rough-edged tow truck company owner named Rocco, a decent, hard working guy with a daughter. He’s a wonderful father, but feeling a little out of his comfort zone with dresses and dances and all the things that go along with raising a teenaged girl and is happy to have Nichole’s input. Neither he nor Nichole are certain they want to move forward with a relationship, especially when Jake decides to try to work things out with Nichole and threatens to sue for custody of their young son if she keeps on seeing Rocco.
In true Debbie Macomber fashion, it’s heartwarming and sweet and a HEA is practically guaranteed. I received this book as an ARC through NetGalley.
Be Bold, Be Brazen…
Emergency Engagement by Samanthe Beck
Glass artist Savannah Smith expected a marriage proposal for Thanksgiving—just not from her strong, silent, super-hot neighbor. But when misplaced mail and a wayward can of paint lands them in a compromising position right as her family arrives for dinner, they assume he’s “The One” she’s been talking about.
About Author Samanthe Beck:
Samanthe Beck lives in Malibu, California with her husband, their young son, a furry ninja named Kitty, and Bebe the trash talkin Chihuahua. When not writing fun, contemporary, melt-your-Kindle sexy romances for Entangled Publishings Brazen imprint, she searches for the perfect cabernet to pair with Ambien.
Paying down her sister’s debts has left personal assistant Emma Strickland with little more than the thrift store suit on her back. And as if the suckfest couldn’t get worse, she’s forced to get a second job as a waitress to support herself and her cat. At a strip club. Her uptight, sexy-as-hell boss Brody Kane can never find out.
Now that he knows his office good girl has a naughty streak, Brody makes it his mission to uncover her secrets, one illicit, over-the-desk encounter at a time. But Emma is hiding more than her side job, and her final secret could end up destroying them both.
About Author Kate Meader:
Originally from Ireland, Kate cut her romance reader teeth on Maeve Binchy and Jilly Cooper novels, with some Mills & Boon thrown in for variety. Give her tales about brooding mill owners, oversexed equestrians, and men who can rock an apron or a fire hose, and she is so there. Now based in Chicago, she writes sexy contemporary romance with alpha heroes and strong heroines who can match their men quip for quip.
Wyatt Jennings has been called a lot of things by the media. Bad-boy rocker. Intense drummer. Addict.
Finally out of rehab and desperate for a fresh start, Wyatt rejoins his mega-platinum rock band Shaken Dirty as they prepare for their world tour. But Wyatt’s demons are never far behind, always nipping at his heels for one. More. Fix.
Enter Poppy Germaine, the band’s new social media consultant. A beautiful bombshell who somehow manages to get underneath Wyatt’s skin, Poppy’s an addiction Wyatt can get behind. And even though she’s with the label—and therefore off-limits—he craves her. Needs her.

Proving herself to her father is Poppy’s only goal—until she finds herself in Wyatt’s bed. But if Wyatt discovers the truth, it could send him spiraling all over again…
About Author Tracy Wolff:
Tracy Wolff collects books, English degrees and lipsticks and has been known to forget where—and sometimes who—she is when immersed in a great novel. At six she wrote her first short story—something with a rainbow and a prince—and at seven she forayed into the wonderful world of girls lit with her first Judy Blume novel. By ten she’d read everything in the young adult and classics sections of her local bookstore, so in desperation her mom started her on romance novels. And from the first page of the first book, Tracy knew she’d found her life-long love. Now an English professor at her local community college, she writes romances that run the gamut from contemporary to paranormal to erotic suspense.
Leaving Yesterday…
Leaving Yesterday by Zoe Dawson
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This is the first book in a new series and wow, it covers a lot of ground and introduces a huge cast of characters who live in and around Laurel Falls, Montana. Rafferty Hamilton is sent by her father out West to scout a location for a new resort hotel he wants to build. But as she’s nearly at her destination, her sporty little car breaks down and gorgeous mechanic Trace Black comes to her rescue.
Rafferty doesn’t want to let on why she’s in Montana, but it gets harder and harder not to talk about her reasons as she ends up staying longer than anticipated while they wait for specially ordered parts for her foreign sports car to arrive.
And the longer she stays, the closer Raff gets to Trace and his family; little sister Cadie who’s in high school, and his equally good-looking brothers Reese, a rugged firefighter, and Harley, who was severely injured after following Trace into the military.
Cadie’s got boyfriend problems, Harley has physical wounds and is fighting with PTSD and Reese seems to be always happy, but Raff suspects there’s more going on under the surface.
Then there’s Anzu, a talented but awkward Japanese teenager who’d been adopted by Eden whose home Rafferty stays in and rents a room from while waiting for her car.
This was an interesting read that started out a little slow for me. But once I got farther along and got to know the characters a little better, the pace picked up and I found it rather charming. Waiting anxiously for the next book in the series!
I received this as an ARC from NetGalley.
A Romantic Little Novella…
The Bridesmaid by Julia London
My rating: 4.5 of 5 stars
If you’re looking for a funny, romantic, heartfelt but quick read, this novella is perfect for you! Joe Firretti and Kate Preston “meet” sitting next to each other on a plane that gets diverted to Dallas while they’re on their way to Seattle. They don’t really care for each other at first — he thinks she’s an armrest hog and she tries to have a friendly conversation with him, but he’s a little hungover and not very responsive.
Kate just moved to New York to take an editorial job and is going home to Seattle to stand up in her cousin’s wedding, carting along her huge, ruffly peach bridesmaid gown encased in what Joe refers to as the “pink life raft.” And Joe is moving from New York to Seattle, having just taken a new job there. Kate needs to be in Seattle in time for the weekend wedding and Joe needs to be there to start his job on Monday.
Julia London sets up a wonderfully fun series of travel debacles including storms and sold out car rentals and a looming air traffic controller strike that have the two of them scrambling to get to their destination and ending up falling in love as they help each other get across the country.
But, then, what’s the answer when Kate lives in New York and Joe just took a job in Seattle? Can that long distance of a relationship really work?
