#atozchallenge, A is for Apple…

Principal Adam Mitchum waited anxiously at the door for local police to arrive at Heritage Community High School. He wondered how long it would take to assess what on earth had happened in Sharon Dahl’s classroom.

Remembering Sharon’s body, twisted grotesquely on the floor of her classroom, blood from her smashed left temple splattered across her beautiful face, eyes staring, had his stomach lurching.  Adam twisted his wedding ring compulsively.  Someone had used the Golden Apple award from his office to kill her while she’d waited for their early morning meeting.  A meeting he’d arranged to end things between them…

  12. Ooh… I love this! I’ve never been great at 100-word stories, I don’t think. I have so much trouble coming up with good plot lines, you’d think shorter would be easier but I can’t see to do it! Anyway… great job! I look forward to the next letter… 🙂

    1. Thanks, I’m trying to mix it up, mystery, romance, horror. I’ve gotten thru E, but some are going to be tough, I can feel it already!

      1. I have random things written… nothing done for any of them, though! I have no idea how I’m going to keep up!

      2. You’re not going to do two for every letter, are you?

        Liked by 1 person

      3. Yes… one for music and one for bitchfest… for every letter. I know… something is deeply wrong with me…!

      4. Well, today’s were wonderful, I loved all the artistic touches. And the tee shirts! Panic does motivate me…

      5. I spend an embarrassingly long time designing those header/banner things for “music” and “bitchfest”… then I thought tee shirts would be hilarious even though I don’t expect anyone to actually buy one. The other stuff… mugs, notebooks, stickers… I think I like those more than the shirts. Anyway… it was more of a motivational kick in the ass for me to set up that shop so it’ll already be there if/when I design something else. But I kind of want to order a few stickers myself. I’d like to slap a bitchfest sticker on my laptop. LOL
