Diane…it isn’t even Winter yet! (I do think they need to look into updating those dates…) I suspect roads to the liquor store are heavily travelled and therefore will not decline in quality for awhile but you never know how the roadways are for those trucks bringing in restocking inventories. You would never want the liquor store to run out at any given time…could you imagine plowing your way there to find out they don’t have anything to sell? A chilling thought indeed!!!

We are expecting heavy snow again this weekend, maybe 8 to 10 more inches!! And temps are dropping this week, a high of 6 on Thursday!

Well…if you get all of that weather as promised perhaps the system will be too tired to do anything once it arrives here. Heaven knows we only need an inch or two here to start up our annual winter reality show “Bowling With Cars.” Two months until pitchers and catchers report…there’s that!

It is so cold here! But as long as nothing interferes with our trip in January, it can do what it wants now… Hope you don’t get this next one, but it’s a big storm system!

Also, and presumably, those of us in the Wisconsin portion of that don’t need to go to the liquor store because we have already been there (says someone with a kegerator in her home, so clearly, yes, I have been to the liquor store. And brought it home with me).
