Which means I’m one step closer to being finished. After today, I’ll be halfway through the chemo treatments! Shaved my head on Tuesday and got fitted for my wig. Can you guess which is the wig and which is my real hair?

It’s not been going so well, to be honest… been exhausted from work/life stuff. Will update on the blog in a few days… today, I’m ditching that story to write a children’s story for a competition too!

I am. Feeling good today, fatigue will start to kick in by Monday and then I’ll feel pretty good by next weekend. Not terrible

That’s wonderful! There’s just three of us Harry, my mom and me. So we don’t bother with a turkey, just junk food and football all day! I do a big turkey dinner with about ten of our closest friends in two weeks.

We so are albeit over too soon. Matthew just cooked us dinner. On the menu tonight was salmon w/oven brown potatoes and asparagus !!! It had a wonderful lemon glaze on it. I was so impressed ❤ Hope you and your family our enjoying your holiday, blessings to you and yours ❤

I struggle with that! I had so many complements when it reached the Jamie Lee Curtis length…. but I for some reason keep wanting to grow it out. I think I want to see what the next 2 stages of of my hair will be.

I cannot believe how much dark hair I have. I thought it would all be white. So, yeah, I want to see what it comes back as, too! Yesterday was kind of sucky, I actually vomited. First time with chemo. But today seems better…

Last chemo Friday but I think it will be 2 or 3 months before my hair starts to grow so I’ll be wearing it for awhile yet. But that’s okay!
