Reviewing Civil War…

This weekend we saw Civil War

A chance to see Tony and Steve once more

You pretty much need to decide

Which Avenger with which to side

But choosing one is so hard, for sure!

Photo is from Shockya.com

I thought it was great fun, lots of special effects and visits with old and new Avengers.  You need to sit through the entire credits, too…

So – what is the verdict? Was it worth seeing in the theater?

Meee too. He’s got it all over the Capt, if you ask me. 😉 Thanks for the review!

      1. It’s no contest for me… apart from Spiderman!

      2. I think I like that bad boy thing! And Spiderman always seems so young, even Toby Maguire…But I’m not saying I don’t like Chris Evans 😉

      3. Spiderman’s supposed to be young! Andrew Garfield (the previous one) is a great actor, but was far too old. (I’ve watched a lot of Spiderman cartoons… 🙂 )

      4. Well, I have a firm rule about not crushing on anybody younger than my oldest son and he is in his early 30s!

      6. Oh-h-h, of course. You thought I watched Avenger movies for the, what, action scenes? Silly man 🙂

      7. My wife got into them for Chris Evans… If it keeps everyone happy, that’s good for me!

  3. We saw it this weekend too! I found it enjoyable. Really enjoyed Spiderman’s introduction.
Favorite line: “I don’t know how many fights you’ve been on, but there’s not usually this much talking.”

    1. Hahaha, yes I love that, too! I think that’s why I’m okay with seeing the Avengers, cause there’s usually some humor!

  4. My son has been asking me to take him for this movie ever since it released, but we have been so busy! Planning to take him tomorrow, we get $5 tickets on Tuesdays at our local cinema house! 😀

  5. Okay, if there’s an Avengers Day, like a “Star Wars Day,” you’ll clue me in on that first, right? 🙂

We’ll be sure to stay for the credits, always do. 🙂

    1. Yes, I guess you have to in order not to miss the little scenes at the end!

  9. I watched this over Mother’s Day with my oldest daughter and two grandsons. I was dismayed, (sorry) to see Hero’s fighting against each other! I love it when they team up together! 🙂
It was nice they remembered to add Cleveland city scape credits, since every Avengers movie has had scenes of Cleveland! Yay!
I am always on Ironman’s team, Diane! Can we “share” him?! 😉

    1. I didn’t know they had Cleveland in all the movies. I’ve seen most of them. Of course we can share Ironman 😉

  10. We loved it so much that we rented the first two Capt. America movies after we got home from the theater! Then we rented IronMan, and now we’re on IronMan 2! Yes, we’ve seen them all before, but it’s been fun re-watching.
