Take my hand and let me lead you
back to what we had before…
I miss you curved around me, our bodies entwined,
warm breath and kisses against my neck,
hands gliding over skin, first slowly, then faster…
Life is too quick, too full, overflowing with musts when I need it to be filled with wants…
And what I want now is you…
Loved the finale. The perfect way to end this piece.

Thank you, Drew. I feel like sometimes I get a thought in my head and put it out there and maybe I should wait and edit it a little — I still could, I guess. I’m too impatient sometimes and then later I look at it again and see more or how I could have done it differently…But the beginning and ending were right…

I think they were. Sometimes too much editing can kill something, too. Yours was perfect the way it was.

Very nicely put… bodies entwined is like a grapevine grows, is perfect imagery for ideal relationship, not just physically.

Fantasies are made of these. . . I have written something which includes the line, “Take me there” or “Whisk me off my feet.” It always helps to think of running on emotions or adrenaline, don’t you think? 😉

Yes and sometimes I get an idea and write it and then want to revise it but sometimes something quick comes out the best!
