I’m out the door soon for my LAST physical therapy appointment for my knee. Big cheer! So now I’m being cleared to begin working with Keith, the Personal Trainer, at another location, for which I will get to pay a fee that insurance won’t cover! Yay!
But in some sick way, I’ll miss my evil therapist Howie and Christine and little Emily who asks me every five minutes if I’m okay. I feel like a little chick, a tiny bit afraid to leave the nest and fly on my own — hopefully without tripping and reinjuring that knee…

Candy and personal trainer don’t seem right… just saying *whistles* A hunk of a man… now we’re talking. Sucking in any wobble for the whole session will give you a washboard tummy and fix the knee.. hehehe!

Well, I’ll try! Yesterday Howie said it was great that my face was red and I was sweaty cause my heart rate was up — yay. I don’t even know why I bother to brush my hair!

Howie and Christine and Emily will all miss you very much I’m sure. Farewell to old friends and on to new ones…Welcome, Keith! I’m sure we’ll be hearing more about him in the days ahead…especially if Meg’s “hope” is accurate…!

Well, of course even the therapists are all in great shape and the girls are all tiny and heck, everybody is younger than me nowadays! Keith is going to call me and set up a time for me to hand over my money for the privilege of making me work my butt off — I can hardly wait! You can bet I’ll write about it, lol. Maybe even pictures…
