Today is the big drawing in the US for Powerball for close to a billion dollars! I think this says it all. Did I buy a ticket? But, of course! If I don’t win, I hope it’s you!
Deal! No one won and they are saying the next drawing will be worth about $1.3 billion. Too much to even fathom — but, oh, the good you could do with that money!
Well, you know what they say, you’ve got to play it to win, and somebody probably will win this, I would think, with that many tickets sold. But you might want to save your money cause I’m pretty sure we have the winning ticket 😉
I’m not sure. I know Illinois does and then there’s also mega millions but not all states do that either. On the news they showed people in line at the border of like CA, where people from Nevada were lined up to get tickets cause I guess Nevada doesn’t have powerball. So you could buy a ticket anywhere that sells them if u wanted.
Well I hear d there were some smaller prizes awarded – but not the big one – and we did not play even though it is tempting now! I also share this link with a couple bloggers who were just talking about the lottery – have a good day
Oh the anticipation is building.
I could actually probably buy the 2016 election with the winnings.
Wonderful post.

Isn’t that the truth? A great thing to change, capping the amount spent on campaigns!

This is absolutely great. My wife went in on a group ticket. Hey, I’ll settle for 80 mil. hahaha.

I know — even if a million people win, it’s way better than the sharp stick in the eye!
